Terms and Conditions


Booking any Legac-e Education workshop implies acceptance of these terms and conditions unless they are varied in writing by Legac-e Education.

  1. Payment of the workshop fee is due in advance, with material being made available within 24 hours of the appropriate fee being paid.
  2. A planned start date with Legac-e Education if an immediate start date is not required.
  3. Legac-e Education reserves the right to refuse bookings from any organisation or individual, or to accept such bookings only on special terms
  4. Legac-e Education reserves the right to amend to a workshop material at any time.
  5. Substitute participants may be made at any time up to the start of the course (subject to paragraph 3 above) at no extra charge.
  6. Legac-e Education reserves the right to use the client's company name in future marketing activities.
  7. All documentation supplied by Legac-e Education is copyright and remains the property of Legac-e Education and/or its individual author(s).
  8. Legac-e Education reserves the right to allocate trainers at its discretion
Delivery
  1. Internet delivery requires an environment as specified in the “How to use the material”.
  2. The client is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate technical requirements, as specified in the “How to use the material” document are available.
  3. Legac-e Education does not supply TN3270 software.
Cancellation / Refunds
  1. Pre-Booked Workshops may be cancelled up to fifteen working days prior to the workshop commencement without penalty. Cancellations made after that date, or non-attendance will be charged at the full rate.
  2. Legac-e Education reserves the right to cancel any workshop without penalty due to non-availability of the trainer(s) or for any other reason. Legac-e Education will always use its best endeavours to replace a trainer.
  3. Should a workshop fail to meet its stated and agreed objectives, as judged by the workshop feedback form, then Legac-e Education will consider refunding all or part of the workshop fees as deemed appropriate. Legac-e Education accepts no liability for any other expenditure that may be incurred.
